All Tuscan Stoneworx Cast Limestone products are guaranteed to meet the Co-designed specification and client-approved drawing/detail at the time of delivery or collection. 

Tuscan Stoneworx products and services are guaranteed to adhere to the Terms & Conditions, which form part of the signed proposal acknowledged by the client. Tuscan Stoneworx warrants, for 1-year, its products & services against defects in material and workmanship only. Surface, color, and slight size variations are inherent in cast limestone production and outlined in the sided proposal. 

Tuscan Stoneworx warrants cracks or breaks resulting from a structural defect in the product; however, chips and scratches are not covered by warranty. Natural variation in color, texture, and porosity may occur with Cast Limestone Products and are considered inherent and distinguished aesthetic qualities of the material. Non-structural hairline cracks are possible and considered acceptable and are not considered a manufacturing defect. 

This warranty does not cover damage, color distortion resulting from excessive heat overloading, burning low-grade material, improper use of a blower fan system, impact or abnormal abrasion, use of chemical cleaning agents not recommended for Limestone, and salts. This warranty excludes damages due to vandalism, neglect, abuse, and ground & structural movement.

In the unlikely event of a product defective being reported and a Tuscan Stoneworx survey establishing that the defect stems from a manufacturing or design error by Tuscan Stoneworx. Tuscan Stoneworx has the right to choose either of the following options: 

(a) Repair the product or 

(b) Replace any defective product. 

Tuscan Stoneworx does not have any liability for claims beyond the 1-year installation date. The liability of Tuscan Stoneworx will not exceed the amount of the price paid or payable for the products sold, delivered, and or installed by Tuscan Stoneworx.

Tuscan Stoneworx prides itself on its ability to handcraft bespoke products. Hand-produced, hand-finished, and hand-installed products created by using natural-based materials like crushed Limestone. All natural materials and components like Limestone are subject to minor variations in color, finish, and texture. 

All natural material-based products like Limestone will mature, age, and change over time through the natural scientific processes that stem from exposure to heat, flame, combustion, and oxidation. These changes are natural, normal, and a key feature in the beauty of Cast Limestone products.

Tuscan Stoneworx Warranties Do Not Include

1. Service calls to:
2. Correct installations completed by others.
3. Instruct others on how to install components.

1. Repairs when the Tuscan Stoneworx Products have been used in non-conventional domestic/commercial usages or when not used in accordance with the Company Installation, Operating, and Maintenance Manual.

1. Repairs when the Tuscan Stoneworx product components have been modified or altered in any way not previously approved in writing by an authorized Tuscan Stoneworx representative. 

1. Repairs when an installation has been dismantled, repaired or serviced by anyone other than an authorized Tuscan Stoneworx representative.

1. Third-party pick up and delivery.

1. Normal maintenance as required in the Installation, Operating, and Maintenance Manual supplied with Tuscan Stoneworx products.

1. Transportation or traveling costs associated with the repair of a product installed outside of the original address stated within the signed written proposal.

1. Damage to Tuscan Stoneworx products caused by accident, misuse, or Act of God.

1. Incidental shipping or holding costs associated with out-of-warranty repairs or replacements.

Your Tuscan Stoneworx warranty certificate & proof of date of purchase must be produced when making any claim.

Tuscan Stoneworx Canada Ltd. reserves the right to make minor amendments to its warranty and Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Q: Are all your Fire Surrounds made of solid Limestone?

All our products are designed and crafted utilizing a blend of natural Limestone cast & EPS materials to achieve optimal manufacturing efficiency.   

Q: How do you create the different colors of your products?

The use of pre-measured integral color dye packs in our cast limestone mixing process blends the color into the entire makeup of every mix. Enabling an even and replicable coloring process to occur.

Q: How do you create the different textures of your products? 

All of our key textures are produced through a combination of handcrafted workmanship, European-experience, and as-needed diamond-grit buffing/sanding. 

Q: Can I get samples of the finished product? 

Certainly! Drop our sales team an email via info@tuscanstoneworx.ca with your project details and the color/texture you are interested in, and we will gladly provide ship it to you. If you are a design professional, we will provide a color sample kit.

Q: Do you have a showroom?
